I was informed yesterday that Adam Komisarcik passed away April 2,2020
Hal Pepper called me to inform me. He had went into the hospital with Pneumonia however they listed Coronavirus 19 as the cause of death. That meant his wife Gerry had to be quarantined for 14 days. She is back home in Va. and there is not an Obit yet. He is awaiting burial in Arlington Cemetery with date to be determined. I will post more when I have it.
This is another sad day for VP40. There were 4 members that I called the 4 horsemen. Adam Komisarcik, Hal Pepper, Bill Bettis, and Bob Collins. They attended all reunions and got together other than that for their own reunions. A GREAT group of guys. Bob and Hal are the only members left. I hope and pray that they can attend our next reunion (in Oct if we are allowed to have it). We will have a presentation for all the members we have lost in our group.
